Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the business, Kicking It Up is unable to offer refunds, exchanges or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size. Please make your purchase carefully!
Items that might have a major fault can be sent back to Kicking It Up to be assessed. If the product has a major manufacturing fault or is significantly different from what was advertised, it is eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are to cover extra shipping costs.
Refunds or exchanges will only be given within 7 days of purchase and with proof of purchase, pending that all tags are intact and items are returned in the same condition they were purchased.

We will gladly provide you with the best information possible, but please note that comfort preferences vary for each person, and by purchasing you agree that Kicking It Up are not in any way responsible if the size does not fit.
